With a strong background in managing multi-million-dollar government and infrastructure projects through GE Lighting, Philips, and Sylvania, he has established trusted relationships across Saudi Arabia's key development sectors. As CEO, he leads ETRUSURE’s strategic vision, cross-border expansion, and global partnership development.
Syed Shabbar Hasan Naqvi
Chief Financial Officer
Syed Shabbar Hasan Naqvi is a seasoned finance and audit professional with a strong track record in banking, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. With leadership roles at Gulf International Bank, American Express Saudi Arabia, and PwC, he brings in-depth knowledge of risk management, financial oversight, and SAMA-aligned governance. At ETRUSURE, he directs financial planning, reporting, and cross-border compliance.

Rizwan Abbas has over two decades of expertise in telecom network engineering, infrastructure strategy, and enterprise-grade service delivery. As Vice President of Network Engineering at GO Telecom, he oversaw the rollout of KSA’s first WiMAX and FTTH networks, as well as large-scale data center and 5G deployment initiatives. At ETRUSURE, he leads operational planning, infrastructure integration, and delivery of resilient, high-performance systems.

Muhammad Baqir Japanwala is a project leader and OFSAA specialist with over 13 years of experience delivering complex regulatory platforms across financial institutions in Saudi Arabia, Zimbabwe, and South Asia. His hands-on expertise in ALM, IFRS9, LRM, and Basel III compliance systems makes him uniquely positioned to architect ETRUSURE’s programmable financial guarantee products and digital risk frameworks.
Syed Ali-Ud-Din Hasan
Chief Technology Officer
Syed Ali-Ud-Din Hasan is a SCADA and automation systems expert with over 20 years of experience in operational technology, power systems, and grid control platforms. He has led digital transformation projects at K-Electric and Siemens, specializing in advanced distribution management, GIS, and RTU-based system integration. As CTO, he oversees the architecture, security, and performance of ETRUSURE’s blockchain and smart contract infrastructure.
